By purchasing a subscription to DortexAI, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Subscription Payments and Refunds

All fees for DortexAI subscriptions are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy or required by applicable law . Because our service involves real-time AI processing and access to proprietary study content, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused subscription time, or dissatisfaction with the service after access has been granted .

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We understand that issues can occur. We will consider refund requests only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Eligibility Window: You must request a refund within 2 days of the original purchase date .

  • Usage Threshold: You must have used less than 5% of your subscription's core features or credits (such as AI queries, study material generations, or practice questions) . This acknowledges the "consumable" nature of AI services, where the cost is incurred as you use the tool .

  • Technical Errors: Refunds may be issued in cases of proven, repeated technical errors on our part that prevent the core functionality of DortexAI from being usable, and which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe .

  • Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same billing cycle, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately upon verification .

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations :

  • You have changed your mind after purchasing.

  • You have not used the subscription but the 2-day window has passed.

  • You have used more than 5% of your allocated credits or features.

  • You are dissatisfied with the quality of AI-generated content (e.g., a specific study guide or answer). We encourage you to refine your prompts or contact support for help.

  • You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date. (Note: Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period).

  • Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Approval: If your refund is approved, we will process the credit to your original payment method within 5-10 business days . The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Subscription Cancellations

Please note that canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund .

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. This will prevent future billing, but you will retain access to DortexAI until the end of your current paid billing period. No refund will be provided for the remaining time in that period.

7. App Store Purchases

If you purchased your DortexAI subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, their refund policies and processes apply. You must request refunds directly from Apple or Google, as SarvmTech does not have the ability to process refunds for payments made through these platforms .
